There are a lot of new technologies and numerous aspiring companies working to mitigate the climate crisis and its current (and future) impacts. Direct air capture (DAC) technology is just one of many potential solutions and the business models for implementing and scaling DAC vary widely. Familiarizing yourself with DAC and the different use cases in the market is a helpful start to better understand Aircapture's incredible market position, unique challenges, and how you might help us solve them.
We sincerely value your interest in Aircapture. We know interviewing can be time consuming and we don't take your time for granted. Our interview process often includes an initial conversation with the people team, a technical conversation with hiring manage or direct teammates, and an onsite interview where a presentation will be given. Depending on the role, the process may have additional components.
We think it's important to build a team around the rapport that is predominantly made in person, but don't want to limit our team only to those in the Bay Area or willing to relocate. We urge you to apply and we can discuss remote opportunities from there.
